The Purcellville Wine and Food Festival is Saturday, July 18, 2026
from 2 to 8 p.m. Here are some things to know if you are planning to attend!

What is the cost to attend the festival?

Advance tickets on sale $5 (+ fee) until July 17 for people 16 and older. Purchase your early bird tickets here.‍ ‍
For day of admission, tickets will cost $12 (+fee) at the gate.

How do I purchase beer or wine at the festival?

Drink tickets for beer and wine will be sold at the main gate and throughout the festival. A souvenir glass will be provided with the purchase of the first drink ticket. Attendees can take their ticket to the participating winery or brewery of their choice. Drink tickets are available only after admission has been paid.

Can I purchase drink tickets in advance?

Yes! Drink tickets may be purchased in advance for $8.50 (+ tax). They can only be used at the festival after the general admission has been paid. Purchase your drink tickets here.

What are the day-of prices at the festival?

  • Admission: $12

  • Drink Package of 4 tickets: $40

  • Single drink ticket: $10.50

  • Bottle of wine: $42

Is there a VIP section?

Yes! VIP tables are also available for $275 (+ fee). With the purchase of a VIP table, you receive 6 tickets to the festival, early entry to the festival at 1 p.m., a table and chairs for 6, three bottles of local wine, 6 souvenir glasses, sweets/savories for the table, and other items. VIP guests will also have access to restrooms located within the VIP section. Purchase your VIP table here.

Where should I park?

Parking is available at several locations (see below), and shuttles will be available to and from some of the locations:

  • Town of Purcellville Parking Lot - 221 South Nursery Ave., Purcellville, VA 20132

  • Main Street Parking Lot (adjacent to 120 W. Main St.)

  • Loudoun Valley Community Center - 320 W School St, Purcellville, VA 20132

  • Parking with Shuttle Stops To and From the Festival:

    • Emerick Elementary School - 440 S. Nursery Ave., Purcellville, VA 20132

    • Blue Ridge Middle School - 551 E. A St., Purcellville VA 20132

    • Loudoun Valley High School - 340 N Maple Ave, Purcellville, VA 20132

You may contact Uber for a safe ride home.

What should I bring…and not bring…to the festival?

  • Bring your own lawn chairs or a blanket to sit in the shade of the old trees in Dillon’s Woods.

  • There is no on-site ATM, so bring cash for vendors that don’t accept credit cards.

  • No outside alcohol is permitted, and you will have plenty of options for food and drink on the festival grounds.

  • Please don’t bring tents or shade structures.

Are dogs allowed?

Yes! Please feel free to bring your leashed, friendly dogs…and clean up after them.

What other activities will be at the festival?

In addition to the food and drink, you will be able to enjoy face painting, Arts in the Garden where you can meet local artists and watch them create works of art, and live music! A variety of other vendors will also be on-site.

Is the event rain or shine?

Yes, the event is rain or shine. Refunds will only be given if the Town of Purcellville cancels the festival due to inclement weather.

Can I participate as a vendor?

We are at capacity for this event. If you would like to be added to our vendor list for future events, please email events@purcellvilleva.gov.
